Let's make some fun and functional pieces for the kitchen! This workshop focuses on designing and hand-building functional ceramic spoons and scoops-- perfect for salt cellars, coffee, tea, spices, sugar, pet food, or your next baking project.  
 
Students will learn slab and pinch techniques, with attention to form, balance, and usability. handle construction, and refining edges. We’ll explore shaping techniques, handle styles, texture, and how to make forms that are both beautiful and functional. Students will make a smaller spoon and a larger scoop.
