Create your own handcrafted 20 oz beer stein in this fun 2-hour pottery class! This hands-on class will guide you through the complete process of designing and constructing a functional, personalized beer stein using slab building techniques.
 
During this 2-hour workshop, we'll provide all necessary tools and materials for you to learn how to transform flat clay slabs into a sturdy, three-dimensional vessel perfect for your favorite beverage. We'll focus on creating a comfortable handle, a nice rim for comfortable sipping, and secure joints so your stein doesn't leak! We will also explore various surface decoration techniques to make your stein uniquely yours. 
 
All clay, tools, and glazes are provided. Each participant will create one 20 oz beer stein that will be fired and glazed for pickup approximately 3-4 weeks after class.
