There is nothing like drinking out of a handmade mug, especially when the hands who made it are yours! Join us in this fun and fast-paced mug making class where you will work with a skilled instructor and make two mugs. All tools and clay will be supplied, just be ready to get those hands dirty.
Students will be provided with pre-rolled clay slabs, and will then be led through a step-by-step on how to create a mug using a template. Students will be able to personalize their mugs using texture mats, stamps, and get creative with the shape of their mug and handle.
Mugs will be fired and glazed by studio staff and will be ready for pickup in 3-4 weeks.
Don't have any experience with clay? Don't worry! This class is good for beginners and more experienced potters alike.
Open to ages 14 and up. People under the age of 14 may enroll with an adult. May not be suitable for people under the age of 10.
